to
2010
more
than
13.948
QSO
were made by the operateurs
of OZ1RDP. The exact number is unknown, because in 2003 during a heavy
thunderstorm one of our big scout-tents (Jurte) - including one
shortvawe-radiostation and the cw-station - was kicked down within 3
seconds, where the raindrops falled horizontal. Unfortunately we lost
the whole CW-log. Fortunately nobody of our crew was injured and no
antenna was damaged (except the broken tent-pole). After drying all
electronical equipment in an oven , they were used again without any
problems. |
